Ray Easterly has completed the Mass Fatalities Incident Management Certification Class. This was a three day class provided by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, which provided training in planning for and managing mass fatality incidents, marking of body parts and personal effects, morgue operations and set up and establishing family assistance centers. The class consisted of actual case studies, real field-tagging of body parts and review of Indiana's Disaster Mobile Mortuary.
